Sales Manager
Sales Manager Wanted!
We need your expertise to help develop our sales strategy and strengthen our customer relationships globally.
As Sales Manager at Mychrome, you’ll be responsible for advancing our sales routines and channels. You’ll actively analyze our sales performance and drive it forward by presenting and implementing new ideas.
Is this you?
To thrive in this role, you need to be outgoing and have a strong sense of social interaction. Fluency in English is required, along with a good command of either Swedish or Finnish – additional languages are a bonus. We’re seeking someone who is organized, collaborative, and ideally has a background in technology or business, with a few years’ experience in a similar role.
Sales responsibilities:
- Propose sales plans, budgets, changes, and improvements
- Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships
- Build a network and identify new leads
- Follow up on quotes
- Follow projects from order to delivery
- Conduct and host customer visits
- Stay updated on industry trends
- Learn about our products and hold product presentations
- Plan and execute trade show exhibitions
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team
- Update sales materials, including brochures, price lists, website, and social media
- Keep in contact with agents and resellers
- Regularly update the sales plan
- Report on sales results and costs

The role includes some travel. Remote work is possible, but we’d like you to initially work in the office to get to know the team and our products.
