How does it work?

Deck boards and stringers are fed into the machine manually or automatically. The stringers are fed from the back of the machine while the deck boards are transported by a conveyor infeed on the side. The boards are automatically placed in the right position before the nailing. The machine is equipped with magazines for deck boards, a conveyor belt and a nailing system.

Easily adjustable

It is possible to produce one-sided stringer pallets with 2-5 stringer boards with the REM-2000. The adjustments for the stringer board channels only take a few minutes. The settings for the size and the design of the pallets can be modified in just a few minutes on all Mychrome machines. The REM-2000 can be upgraded with UBM-2000 to have double sided stringer pallet solution.

Mychrome has various additional machinery that can easily be docked on to existing machines in order to build a line where more steps are automated. The possibility to modify the design and the size of the pallets is still available with the additional machinery.
